The evidence
Look under the prediction.
Our published retrospective study compares general AI models with completed market experiments. It shows why predictions need to be checked; it does not measure Heatseeker panel accuracy.

The difference
Surveys ask what people will do. Heatseeker shows what they do.
From the people who make the call
“You're bringing this ability to de-risk amazing creativity, to de-risk innovation in a space that's been needing that for hundreds of years.”

Hear Lex say it (34 seconds)
“Our Australian team were sure they knew the market. So we put it in front of 40,000 real Australians, and saw a 44% uplift. That ended the debate instantly.”

“Heatseeker gives me confidence, clarity, and conviction. It lets us explore ideas before our customers even see them.”

“We had eight different creatives. We only ended up running two in paid social, and they were the highest-performing traffic campaigns we'd ever done. We eliminated the duds via Heatseeker in a few days, which would have taken a month.”

The boardroom test
Every live experiment in Heatseeker runs a synthetic experiment alongside it in the background. Customers can see how closely the synthetic results match the live results for their experiments. The comparison is built into the product and visible to them.
The research, panel predictions and live results behind a recommendation, and how closely each relates to your choice.
What had to be true for the recommendation to hold, set out where your CEO and board can challenge it.

Book a working sessionCustomer evidence
A bank was certain its whole brand should be built on human-led customer support.
Tested as a concept against real buyers, in market, it lost. In every market.
What won was speed: set up an account in less than 10 minutes. The bank found out before the rebrand, not after.
For a consumer-services brand, the panel’s first pick was Expertise.
Real buyers chose Belonging. The live test caught the miss.
The result joined the panel’s history. Run again, it picked Belonging.

How the advantage builds
Every live experiment teaches your customer panel automatically, so everyday questions get answered without a new test.
Your customer panel starts from your research and your data.
Real audiences make real choices. A synthetic run checks alongside every live experiment.
The panel answers your next question, from brand to product to customer experience.

The details that matter
How a defined audience is likely to respond to competing needs, propositions, product directions or offers. The prediction helps you choose what to investigate or back. Its meaning depends on the audience, context and behavior you are trying to influence.
Use market listening and existing research to surface candidate audiences and unmet needs. When the target is unclear, start with a broader live experiment and inspect response by relevant segments or regions. Go deeper on priority audiences, compare reasons to buy and use the evidence to guide whom to pursue. This does not automatically establish market size or future share growth.
A reusable synthetic customer panel: AI models of your audiences, informed by your research and trained and checked through live experiments with real people. The panel supports predictions across the decisions your team faces. Modelled responses are predictions, not fresh human interviews.
Start with the commercial decision and combine audience evidence with your economics, market context and share data. A behavioral response helps inform that decision. A click, signup or purchase in an experiment is not by itself a forecast of profit or market share.
No. Teams can keep using the panel and accumulated evidence between experiments. Fresh live testing helps when a new audience, changed context or consequential decision exposes a material evidence gap.
Start by choosing which consequential decisions matter most, then define the audiences to investigate and what evidence would change each choice. Agree research inputs, model scope, live experiments, media allowance, timing and price before starting. Existing research and agency partners can be part of the work.
