Enable LinkedIn ad performance data for Heatseeker

With Viewer access to your LinkedIn ad accounts, Heatseeker AI can answer questions about your campaigns: what is working, what is not, and where to put the next dollar. This does not let Heatseeker run or change any ads.

If you already shared your ad accounts as Campaign Manager or Account Manager while following Connect LinkedIn to Heatseeker, you are done. Nothing more is needed.

Before you start

You need admin access to your organization's LinkedIn Business Manager. If you do not have it, ask a colleague who does.

Share Viewer access

1. Open LinkedIn Business Manager.
2. Click Partners in the left menu.
3. Click Add Partner in the upper right.
4. Enter Heatseeker's Business Manager ID 7234063642365714433 and click Add Partner.
5. Click Heatseeker in your Partners list, then click Share Ad Accounts.
6. Select the ad accounts you want to share.
7. Click Assign Roles and choose Viewer. Campaign Manager is not needed to read performance data.
8. Click Share.

Once shared, open Heatseeker AI and ask about a recent campaign to confirm the connection.
